Swintex Subcontract Division offers a range of processes including blow moulding, rotational moulding and processs developed by Swintex to manufacture products from waste plastic.

The Company has built up a wealth of experience in designing and manufacturing temporary traffic products and currently makes both components and complete products exclusively for distributors and other manufacturers on a subcontract basis. Our design team can assist customers take a concept through to manufacturing and have the tooling made to customer requirements.

Swintex also works with partners in other markets such as the constuction and leisure industries some examples of which are shown below.

STEP
In 1993 the Step Corporation was looking for a manufacturer to make their Step for distribution in Europe. The product is blow mouldedand they chose Swintex for their quality and in-house expertise in finishing products. Swintex now manufactures a range of products on behalf of the Step Corporation.

FENCE PANEL BASES
Fence panel bases were traditional made from concrete but a customer identified the advantages of using recycled plastics and approached Swintex to manufacture it for them. We designed the tooling to meet their specification and had the tools made on their behalf. The product is now manufactured for the customer and is proving to be successful.
